How do I enable two-factor authentication on my account?

Enabling two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security and protection to your Sookasa account. Once it's enabled, Sookasa will require a seven-digit token in addition to your password whenever you sign in to Sookasa or link a new computer, phone, or tablet.

Enable two-step verification

1. Go to the Account page of your Sookasa Dashboard
2. Click Enable under Two-factor authentication

Enter your mobile number, Sookasa password, and click Next. You'll receive a text message with a link to install the Authy app, which you'll need to retrieve the time-sensitive Sookasa token to sign in to your Sookasa Dashboard and applications.

If you are an existing Authy user, your Sookasa token will automatically appear in your Authy app.

After you click Next, enter the Sookasa token from the Authy app. Click Enable and you will see a message confirming activation of two-factor authentication.
