Why does my Sookasa app seem to stall or quit after installing it?

Some antivirus programs interfere with Sookasa, and may cause your computer to stall after you activate Sookasa. Sookasa is safe and we have registered our software with multiple antivirus vendors, but some programs block certain Sookasa elements that they do not recognize.

In order to resolve this issue, we recommend:
1) Excluding the Sookasa folder from your antivirus scans, or
2) Disabling real-time scanning while you are accessing the Sookasa folder

More specific solutions will depend on your particular antivirus software. Some antivirus programs require real-time scans to be completely disabled to allow Sookasa to work properly.

If adding the Sookasa folder to exclusions or disabling real-time scanning does not do the trick, you might need to contact your antivirus program's support center to whitelist Sookasa. If you aren't sure whether you have an antivirus program installed, please reach out to us at support@sookasa.com.
