Can my Sookasa team have multiple admins?

Yes, Sookasa teams can have multiple admins. If you are Sookasa team admin, you can give admin privileges to other team members.

Team admins can:

  • Add and remove team members
  • Add other admins
  • Block devices for everyone on the team

Here’s how to add a team admin:

  1. On your Sookasa Dashboard, navigate to the People tab.
  2. Below the list of people on your team click "Team Settings"
  3. Click "Add admin"
 
Please note that team admins have limited administrative privileges. The primary Admin (Owner) will remain the only person who can update billing info, view full audit logs, and control overall account preferences. If you need to change the Owner of your account, please contact us
