How do I change my plan?

You can change your plan from the Plans and billing section of your Account page. If you'd like to upgrade to the Pro plan for business use, click the Upgrade to become compliant button. 

From here, you will be able to enter in your credit card information and choose the subscription plan that works best for you. You'll also be able to add a coupon on this page, should you have one.

  • Monthly $10 per user, per month
  • Annually $100 per user, per year

    Still waiting for a reply from you. I can find no way to access the "Sookasa Dashboard" referred to as the place to go sign up for a new plan. There seems to be no link anywhere within the Sookasa web site, nor does a search of "Sookasa Dashboard" help - the result is a list of answers to questions about the dashboard. So again - please direct me how to get to the SD.

    You can go to and log in in order to access your dashboard. You could also go to and click Sign In at the top-right corner of the page.

    PS I think we sent you an email about this yesterday around 2PM PST. I guess you haven't received it?

    I need to add a user I think so I can access my files on two laptops at once.  I need someone to call me to set this up as I cannot make the change from the dashboard
