What will happen to my existing Personal plan?
In order to focus on giving great service to our Pro users, we will be limiting the functionality of the free, Personal plan. Should you choose not to upgrade, your Sookasa apps privileges will be revoked*
You will still be able to access Sookasa through our web dashboard at https://cloud.sookasa.com.
What will happen to my files?
Nothing, the security of your files will not be affected. However, the only way to decrypt and access them would be through our Dashboard at https://cloud.sookasa.com/access.
What are the benefits to upgrading to the Pro plan?
Sookasa's Pro plan offers DLP and encryption, so you can both detect high-risk data and protect it everywhere it's synced. This plans also enable users to be HIPAA, FERPA and PCI DSS compliant, while the free, Personal plan does not.

We're sorry to hear that the Pro plan won't fit your needs, but are happy to help in any way we can. We recommend that you decrypt your files using the Sookasa app before March 31st, as Dashboard access does not allow for bulk decryption. More about this can be found here: How Do I Decrypt Files?
*Users who signed up for Sookasa before April 1, 2016 will be able to keep using Sookasa apps on their current devices, but will be unable to install it on new devices.
